The aim of our project is to strengthen the skills of our students with long-term practice activities according to the principles of ECVET, to increase their knowledge and competence with on-the-job trainings outside our country, to provide added value to their professional development. By supporting entrepreneurship with an innovative approach, an international dimension has been provided to the application training that our students receive in enterprises with the vocational trainings they receive in our institution. Dec. Our project has also brought a new understanding and quality to businesses and educators. Our students in our institution have gained their Decency by living and applying the effects of international applications and designs while far from innovative application and quality standards. They have returned to our country as employees who are equipped in their technical applications, which they lack in their professions, and can design on a person. it has had a very positive impact in terms of employment. Participating Students gain new horizons in the sector by encouraging entrepreneurship, developing Decisionmaking skills, self-confidence, working in international enterprises, growing qualified, sharing their experiences with other employees in enterprises and customers receiving services.
