Background

The aim of our project, which is included in our Strategic Plan of our school, is to raise healthy individuals who are entrepreneurial, innovative, creative, open to communication and learning, self-confident and responsible, by providing our students with knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors in national and international standards. To increase the employability of individuals by raising individuals compatible with the skills demanded by the labor market within the framework of lifelong learning, and to increase the foreign language proficiency of individuals and international student/teacher mobility by using innovative approaches in education. With the internship project prepared for the students of Food and Beverage Services , we aimed to see and examine the practices in the field in European companies and to contribute to the students who will work as intermediate staff after graduation to become more competent and qualified. Since our students have limited socio -cultural opportunities, we aim for our successful students to have a vision and gain a global perspective with the internship project.
