The aim of our project is to increase the professional knowledge and skills of our students of Beauty and Hair Care services in the field of stage make-up through internship mobility abroad.
Our institution is located in a district with limited opportunities. Therefore, learners and local people also have parties that need development both economically and socio-culturally. Our students can continue their careers in a limited number of businesses in our district during the internship and employment phase. Due to the fact that the existing customer portfolios of the enterprises do not change, our learners are lacking in the permanence of different gains. For this reason, in our project, internship activities were carried out on the field of stage make-up, which is in the curriculum but is not emphasized much in vocational education institutions in the provinces. Our students gained professional experience in the field of stage make-up with these internship activities. However, they have gained the competence to touch various fields of art such as theatre, cinema and opera from a different perspective. In this way, opportunities were created for our participants in different fields for the steps they will take in their careers.
