The aim of this project; To train qualified professionals who have gained the necessary professional qualifications in line with the needs of the sector, scientific and technological developments. For this purpose, partnerships were established with 3 schools in Europe. For our project, which has 3 mobility in total, 8 participants for Austria, 4 for Austria and 4 for Romania, and a companion teacher for each flow were selected among our 12th grade students for each mobility. The duration of activity abroad is determined as 14 days for each mobility. Considering the current professional qualifications of our students and the level of theoretical knowledge they have, it has been decided to limit the internship training activity to 14 days in order to achieve our project goals, and to limit the mobility teams to 4 students in the first group, 4 students in the second group and 8 students in the third groups in order to manage the process well. The main activity plan of our project abroad is as follows: -01 MARCH 2020-14 MARCH 2020: 1st group internship application -15 MAY 2022- 28 MAY 2022: 2nd group internship application -27 MARCH 2022- 9 APRIL 2022: 3rd group internship application.
Our students studying in the Child Development Department of our school participated in our project named 'One Child, One Human', which we prepared as the Village Guard Martyr Bülent Emen Multi-Program Anatolian High School and realized in Austria and Romania. Our school is located in the İvrindi district of Balıkesir, 57 km from the city center and 20 km from the İvrindi district, so both cultural and social opportunities are limited in terms of environment. Internship Our students, who are obliged to do their internship, do not have a kindergarten where they can do their internship and because it is far from the city center, they use the kindergartens of 6 primary schools in the vicinity for their internship. However, the kindergarten will take care of and guide our students during the internship. Since the number of teachers is low, our students cannot get efficiency from their internships and their professional practices are insufficient. Schools with a sufficient number of teachers, on the other hand, can not benefit from their internships as a result of making our students work for errands. they are not able to improve themselves and on the contrary, they are alienated from their profession. We aim to increase the professional satisfaction of our students and to ensure that their internships are productive.
