As Sivas Provincial Directorate of National Education, we are an organization responsible for the follow-up and coordination of all education processes in our province. Our provincial directorate of national education, which is the leader of the consortium, also closely monitors the adult education processes carried out in our province and plays an active role in increasing the quality of these processes by developing projects in line with emerging needs. In this context, as in all educational processes, digitalization comes to the fore with the changing educational processes in adult education. While establishing this consortium structure, we planned to include 4 adult education institutions from 4 different regions. So the project would both appeal to a wider audience and have a higher impact. In this context, public education centers with the highest institutional capacities in their regions have taken part in this project. Our priority was to increase the digital content development skills of the adult education personnels. We understood better how appropriate and necessary the purpose of the project, which we applied for in February 2019, when the Covid-19 epidemic emerged in March a few months later.
