The Technopreneur is the person that introduce new products and services, create new organizations and use new raw materials to change the existing economic order.On the World Economic Forum website,in the article of Joe Myers titled "What new jobs will exist in 2035?",The first ten talents to be possessed in 2020 are stated as follows: 1-Complex problem solving 2-Critical thinking 3-Creativity 4-People management 5-Coordination with others 6-emotional intelligence 7-Judgment and decision making 8-Service orientation 9-Negotiation 10 -Cognitive flexibility The skills that come with the 4th industrial revolution are integrated with: 1-3D printers 2-Internet of Objects 3-Social Production 4-Artificial intelligence and robotics 5-Virtual reality 6-nanotechnology At the end of the integration, our young people will be able to adapt to all intelligent technologies, easily understand these technologies, learn quickly, and choose conscious professionals. As TYT, our first mission is to create opportunities for young people to help in this adaptation process because they can easily face the risk of unemployment. Remarks on Industry 4.0 are about some profession will emerge, some professions will end. Thus we aim to minimize these effects by the Basis of Struggle against Unemployment. As a group, our starting point is adding an international dimension to our local activities that are mentioned at our background. Unemployment is a global problem so we can lead youth in newly formed professions. With this project, we want to build international bridges for forming Technopreneur youth by through Robots, Drones, 3d printers... We want to collaborate for participating international Maker Faires, FLL RoboLeagues...We plan to carry out the project with a total of 25 participants (Romania, Italy, Poland, Hungary, and Turkey) and 4 participants from each country and a group leader to see our deficiencies and to share our experiences. The main activities of the project will take place in the Salihli and will include young people in the program according to the criteria of the Participation Profiles of E. Participants (especially economically and geographically disadvantaged). Main activities of our project will be realized in connection with techno-entrepreneurship, the 4th Industrial Revolution and the 6 titles this revolution brings (Robotics, 3b printer, Drone ...) With our "YOUTH IN TECH" project, we aim to reach: 1-As addressed in the context of EU 2020 strategy: "to serve the principle of high employment, fight against poverty and modernization of the labor market. to achieve a high level of employment, fight against poverty and modernize labor market In line with "Inclusive Growth". 2-To inform young people about the new business areas in line with the goal: "Reducing unemployment to 5 percent" as mentioned Turkey 2023 Target 3-To gain an international dimension in our local and country activities 4-To enable participants to develop intercultural cooperation and to understand the fact of being an EU citizen 5-To develop educational methods through computational thinking 6-Creating an experience about innovations in ICT and creating awareness on this issue 7-To eliminate the disadvantages of young people who are not acquainted with modern technology at an early age. 8- To raise awareness among techno-entrepreneurship, global market, maker movement. 9-To gain management competencies such as planning and organizing, analytical thinking, project management, and decision making. 10-To gain personal competencies such as multi-dimensional thinking, creativity, analysis and reporting, teamwork. 11-As a group to meet our needs as - An international framework for carrying our work to the European dimension -To realize both administrative and professional experiences at the international level by conducting the activities carried out locally. -To create an international environment for the repetition of the Youth Projects that started with our group in our district -To be able to add experiences that are important for future international partnerships to our "PIF (Partner Identification Form)" -To produce projects that will give them the opportunity to be active in the field of youth. -To meet the necessary material and spiritual needs -To adopt youth that techno-entrepreneurship is as important as social entrepreneurship and business entrepreneurship. As a result of the project activities and the dissemination of these activities, our Project's Potential Benefit in the Long Term: * Will raise awareness of youth on technological issues and plan to implement projects on techno-entrepreneurship, * One of the doors will be opened for the youth projects to be realized in our district, * As a bridge in the acquisition of the above-mentioned 2020 talents by Joe Myers, which our young people can use throughout their lives, more talented young people can grow up in line with our mission.
