Bulunduğu köyde ya da kasabada ihtiyaç duyduğu imkanlara ulaşabilen bireyler göç etmek konusunda bir zorunluluk duymazlar. Toplumsal gelişimi sağlamanın en önemli şartlarının başında, insanların yaşadıkları yerde ihtiyaç duydukları imkanları sağlamak düşüncesi gelmelidir. Hayatlarını nitelikli olarak doğdukları yerde devam ettirebilen insanlar bulundukları topraklardan zorunlu olarak ayrılmak zorunda kalmayacaklardır. Kültür ve Sanat etkinlikleri de temel altyapı ihtiyaçları kadar önemli, insanların hayatlarını olumlu yönde değiştirebilecek kadar değerlidir. Köyden Kente Sanat projesi yukarıda bahsedilen ihtiyaçlardan doğmuştur. Projemiz; köylerde yaşayan dezavantajlı gençler ile şehirde yaşayan akranlarını kültür-sanat aktiviteleri aracılığı ile buluşturmuş, köylü gençlerin yaşadıkları alanda kültür-sanat aktivitelerini deneyimleyerek yaratıcılıklarını geliştirmiş, kültür-sanat faaliyetleri aracılığı ile kendilerini ifade edebilmelerini sağlamış, girişimci ruhlarını ve yaratıcılıklarını teşvik etmiş ve genellikle sadece televizyondan gördükleri sanat dallarını yaşadıkları köylerinde deneyimlemelerini sağmıştır. Bunun yanında Pamukkale Üniversitesi Müzik Eğitimi bölümü ve Konservatuarı öğretim üyeleri ve öğrencileri ile Blagoevgrad, Kaunas, Galati ve Denizli'nin köylerinde yaşayan gençleri buluşturarak bir köprü kurmuştur. Kurulan bu köprü ile sürdürülebilir şekilde kültür-sanat aktivitelerinin köylerde yaşayan gençlere ulaşması hedeflenmiştir. Bunun yanında Köyden Kente Sanat projesi Avrupa'nın farklı ülkelerinden farklı geçmiş ve kültürden gelen 48 genci tek bir çatı altında toplayarak sosyal uyuma katkı sağlamayı, gençler arasındaki önyargıların kırılmasını, birlikte çalışma kültürünü destekleyerek "ortak çalışma ve ortak kalkınma" genel amacına ulaşabilmeyi desteklemiştir. Projeye dahil olan gençler hayatlarında karşılaştıkları çeşitli problemleri kültür-sanat aktiviteleri aracılığı ile dışa vurabilmiş ve farkındalık yaratarak bu problemlerin çözümü konusunda dikkat çekebilmişlerdir. Köyden Kente Sanat projesi Erasmus+ programının aşağıdaki öncelikleri ile uyumluydu; 1-Gençler arasında yaratıcılığın geliştirilmesinin desteklenmesi ve hem okul içi hem okul dışı kültürel ve yaratıcılık araçlarına erişimin yaygınlaştırılması 2-Kültür-sanat aktiviteleri aracılığı ile kültürel ifade, toplumsal dahiliyet, aktif vatandaşlık ve girişimcilik ana hedefleri Projemiz ülkemizin 10. Kalkınma Planın'da yer alan kültür-sanat aktivitelerinin desteklenerek yaygınlaştırılması amacıyla doğrudan örtüşmekteydi. Yerel ve ulus ötesi alanda güçlü bir konsorsiyumdan oluşan Köyden Kente Sanat projesi kırsal kalkınmada üniversite, sivil toplum ve belediye işbirliğine önemli bir örnek teşkil eden bir yerel kalkınma örneği hedefiyle yola çıkmıştı. Bu noktada tüm ortaklar ve paydaşlar kendi kapasitelerini proje hedeflerine ulaşmada somut bir şekilde kullanmıştır. At the beginning of the most important conditions of providing social development, the idea of providing the opportunities that people need in the place where they live should come. People who can continue their lives in the place where they were born will not necessarily have to leave their lands. Culture and Art activities are as important as basic infrastructure needs and valuable enough to change people's lives in a positive way. The Art from Village to City project was born out of the needs mentioned above. Our project; It brought together the disadvantaged youth living in the villages and their peers living in the city through culture and art activities, developed the creativity of the village youth by experiencing cultural and artistic activities in the area they live, enabled them to express themselves through culture and art activities, encouraged their entrepreneurial spirit and creativity, and they generally only saw on television. enabled them to experience branches of art in their villages. In addition, Pamukkale University Music Education Department and Conservatory faculty members and students and young people living in the villages of Blagoevgrad, Kaunas, Galati and Denizli brought together and built a bridge. With this bridge, it is aimed to reach the youth living in the villages in a sustainable way for cultural and artistic activities. In addition, the Art from Village to City project supported 48 young people from different European countries from different backgrounds and cultures to contribute to social cohesion, to break prejudices among young people, to support the culture of working together, and to achieve the general goal of "co-working and common development". The young people involved in the project were able to express various problems they encountered in their lives through culture and art activities, and by raising awareness, they were able to draw attention to the solution of these problems. Art from Village to City project was compatible with the following priorities of the Erasmus+ programme; 1- Supporting the development of creativity among young people and expanding access to cultural and creativity tools both in and out of school 2-Cultural expression, social inclusion, active citizenship and entrepreneurship through cultural and artistic activities Our project directly overlapped with the aim of supporting and disseminating the cultural and artistic activities included in the 10th Development Plan of our country. The Village to City Art project, which consists of a strong local and transnational consortium, set out with the goal of a local development example that sets an important example for the cooperation of universities, civil society and municipalities in rural development. At this point, all partners and stakeholders have used their capacities in a concrete way in achieving the project objectives.
