Objectives

The project of peer mediation against conflict in society is born from the fact that young people do not know how to resolve the conflicts they face. As a result of our observations, interviews and literature search, we found that youth conflict was quite common. The majority of young people prefer to suppress their emotions, move away from the environment to use violence rather than resolve their conflicts. The absence of a mediator to help young people in their environment and to implement positive methods of conflict resolution reinforces the problem. We realized they were having the same problem with our friends from different countries. The fact that young people can not resolve the conflict between them and their insensitivity to conflict is worrying for the future and peace in the world. For this reason, we felt the need to realize with our foreign partners an international project on methods of mediation by peers and constructive conflict resolution. In our project, we aim to enable young people to resolve their conflicts in a constructive way, to inform them about empathy, communication, effective listening, conflict resolution and restructuring, to raise awareness of the mediation method and to present them to their country. Today, we understand that young people do not know the methods of constructive conflict resolution and that they are not common in societies, even though they want peer mediation. Our goal is to inform young people about the issues mentioned above and to raise awareness about peer mediation. Participants acquire and transfer these qualifications; This means that a young person who can control himself and his conflicts by taking into account his interests and those of his interlocutor instead of violence and intimidation (win-win method), of a peaceful and anxious young person problems of his peers. For this reason, we have planned many activities to give young people constructive methods of conflict resolution and to raise awareness of peer mediation. The objectives of our project are: - Training and sensitization of mediators by collaborating interactively - Help young people understand that they can resolve their conflicts positively through mediators. - Provide skills to help young people to resolve conflict positively - Ensure the widespread use of peer mediation - Allow participants to learn to develop their skills in anger, decision-making, communication and empathy. - to contribute to the development of peaceful, peaceful and democratic youth - Positive self-perception and self-confidence of young people - help young people find solutions to their problems and help their peers solve mediation problems. - Media preparation so that young people can exchange cultures and exchange information - Research, information, presentation, etc. contribute to academic skills - Bring participants to make friends of different nationalities - Give participants the values of the EU - Give information on Erasmus projects to participants
