The young population in the countryside is faced with serious social and economic difficulties. The main of these difficulties are; unemployment, poverty and social life. Rural youth also need support in order to use their potential and energies to overcome these difficulties. Our project theme: Youth work in rural areas. Our aim; Increasing the quality of youth work in rural areas by increasing the qualifications of youth workers who will support the youth living in rural areas with the study visits we will make in our local area. Our goals: - Analyzing the problems of young people living in rural areas, investigating similarities and differences and developing solutions, - To share the experience and good practices of organizations working in rural areas and to establish inter-organizational networks, - To bring the experiences of organizations in Muş working in rural areas to the European level, - Developing projects where young people living in rural areas can receive training and support, - To ensure that youth workers learn the necessary methods to work more effectively in their local areas and to increase their motivation.
