Erasmus+ Program Training Course “The Only Solution: EntreprenEUrship" was designed in order to struggle with youth unemployment and develop entrepreneurship skills of young people and youth workers. Creative entrepreneurship and leadership is a path to stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, their ability to think imaginatively and originally, their readiness to take risk in order to achieve economic, social or environmental goals. During the nine days training course we have implemented activities and exercises that strengthened some of these basic creative entrepreneurship competences: teambuilding, facilitation, communication, intercultural competence and creative thinking skills. We have explored why creative thinking was considered a core entrepreneurship skill and enhanced participants’ power as entrepreneurs by increasing their ability to think creatively. The training course have contributed not only to the personal development of the participants, but also promoted exchange of best practices and establishment of new connections among all over the Europe
