The vision of Kozagac ESOB Special Education Practice School is to increase the daily life skills of individuals diagnosed with Spectrum Disorder, to reduce their problematic behaviors, to facilitate their adaptation to social life, to help themselves and their families in using their rights to ensure that these individuals are happy individuals by maximizing their available capacities. The lack of knowledge and competence of teachers in autism students, the difficulties of teachers in creating a strong and qualified learning environment for their students with autism, the lack of materials used in learning environments of students with autism, and the low socio-economic and educational level of families with autism and education. The fact that they cannot participate actively in their activities causes some problems. For these reasons we aimed to increase that the awareness of the individual from the individual by providing the knowledge and competence of the teachers working in this field and the families of the individuals with autism to communicate more healthily with the school and consequently to raise the awareness of the families. The project studies have been started to minimize the problem behaviors by providing positive behavior support to the students with autism in collaboration with our project partners. In order to reduce the problem behaviors in autism, necessary planning has been done with need assessment analysis. With this project, it is thought that individuals with autism will reduce the problem behavior and provide positive behavior support and open the doors of different worlds. In this way, the peaceful family structure, the belief in education, quality of education and stability in education will be ensured. The gols of the project is to increase the importance of the school and to make parents' attitudes and approaches towards school and education desirable. The individual training plan, individualized family services plan, training services planning, public spot and the use of digital technologies are important in achieving the target. Project, coordinator school and a total of 15 trainers and teachers will participate. While selecting the partners, according to the need to determine the needs of the project, teachers who are experienced and willing to train teachers were selected. Implementation and / or studies of the institutions in five different countries we have found the possibility of transnational evaluation of the results. Within the scope of visibility studies, conferences and seminars will be organized, pocket booklets and short films will be prepared and more targeted individuals will be made aware of this issue. Our teachers and dissemination projects in Turkey, Poland and Romania in the implementation and monitoring will do the work. The assessment of awareness of the project will be revealed by using pre-test and post-test using scale. To eliminate failures and strengthen project management the project cycle management, MÇY (Logical Framework Approach) will be used . As a result of the project, awareness will be ensured between the school and families and unhindered communication between the teacher and the individual ,families have their treasures will be explored. This project supports positive behavior in individuals with autism the role of school and family in providing will increase. The importance of activities will also be emphasized that the healthy people with autism social inclusion of EU 2020 strategies by integrating them into society
1.OSB’li bireyin farkına varma, tanılama ve değerlendirme sürecinde ailelere önemli görevler düşmektedir. Bunun için aileye destek vererek ekonomik planlama ile süreci kolaylaştırmayı sağlamaktır. 2.Tüm yönleriyle problem davranışlarla baş etmeye yardımcı olarak bu alandaki eğitim çalışmalarına uygulanabilirlik getirmektir. 3.Uzmanların doğru tanı koyabilmelerini kolaylaştırabilmek için ailenin çocuğu hakkında doğru bilgiler vermesini sağlamaktır. OSB tanısını aldıktan sonraki aşamada ailelerin bilgilendirilip bireyi eğitsel değerlendirme için gerekli kuruma yönlendirilmesini sağlamaktır. 4.OSB’ li bireylerin öz bakım ve günlük yaşam becerileri ile işlevsel akademik becerilerini geliştirmek bu bireylerin topluma uyumlarını sağlamaktır. 5.OSB’li bireylerin özelliklerine bağlı olarak eğitim ortamlarından mümkün olduğunca“en fazla sürede” ve “en üst seviyede” yararlanmalarını sağlamak için öğretimsel uyarlamalar yapmak ve eğitim ortamının hazırlanmasına zemin oluşturmaktır. Özellikle OSB’li öğrencilerin bulunduğu eğitim ortamlarının, gereksinimleri karşılayabilecek şekilde teknik donanım ve materyallerin yeterli düzeyde olmasını sağlamaktır.
Avrupa genelinde otizm alanında yapılan çalışmalar son yıllarda ivme kazansa da nedeni tam olarak bilinmeyen bu bozukluğun, öğrencilerin temel becerilerinin geliştirilmesi ve yaşadıkları topluma uyum sağlamalarında öğretmenlerine ve ebeveynlerine son derece önemli bir sorumluluk düşmektedir. Proje sayesinde OSB'li olan bireylerin günlük yaşam becerilerini arttırmak, problem davranışlarını azaltmak, toplumsal hayata uyum sağlamalarını kolaylaştırmak , haklarını kullanma konusunda kendilerine ve ailelerine yardımcı olmak, bunların mevcut kapasitelerini kullanabilmelerini en üst düzeye taşıyarak mutlu olmalarını sağlamak, amaçlarımız arasındadır. Bu amaçların gerçekleştirebilmesi için normal gelişim gösteren bireylere sağlanan eğitim fırsatlarının otizmli bireylere de sunulması gerekmektedir. OSB li bireylerin yaşamları boyunca uygun eğitim fırsatlarından yararlanabilmeleri onların öğrenmelerine davranışsal, sosyal ve duygusal gelişimlerine yönelik önemli katkılar sağlayarak bireyin toplumun bir parçası olarak yaşayabilmesine ailesinin yaşam kalitesinin artmasına katkı sağlayacaktır.
