We originally applied for this project funding to allow VET Learners to travel to Group Partners and learn new techniques and processes used within a manufacturing environment in a different country. This was to support their vocational studies and development of soft skills to include behaviours expected across Group brands. We also wanted to send staff over for training to exchange working methods and collaborate new ideas and exchange ways of working to improve programme outcomes.
