1. Quality education: Providing our students with the right tools to successfully engage, compete and collaborate in the European market 2. Gender equality: Ensuring complete equality of opportunities for our female students 3. Decent work and economic growth: Setting our students on a positive career trajectory by providing them with quality opportunities to work abroad. 4. Reduce inequality: Often disadvantaged students do not get the opportunity to experience international work experience or the opportunity to travel. These are often reserved to students from wealthier backgrounds who can afford such experiences.
NCC applied for this funding for the following reasons: 1. To benefit students: A. Provide our learners from a range of backgrounds with relevant work experience in another European country B. Improve the technical knowledge of their sector C. Expose NCC learners to a new cultural experience and develop soft skills such as independence and reliability 2. Break barriers and limitations to travel and the workplace for disadvantaged students 3. To develop our internationalisation strategy by building new partnerships
