By implementing the project we want to contribute to: 1. Overcoming skills shortages among learners. 2. Developing soft skills in learners. 3. Meeting the needs of the labor market by providing qualified and competitive work force. 4. Better career guidance and development of learners. 5. Enhance ESP connections with partners organizations and businesses.
By participating in that project we wanted to satisfy the company preliminary defined needs in terms of improving the quality of Vocational education of European Strategic Partnerships Ltd. and the internationalization of the company. Some of the more urgent needs of the company were: - the improvement of the training of the learners so that they can fully meet the needs of the labour market and the hospitality business; - the opportunity to learn practical and soft skills, so that they have more opportunities for realization in the labor market; - the use of innovative teaching methods, usage of information and communication technologies in the context of an increasingly digitized society; - wider access to variety of training opportunities and professional qualifications for learners, incl. abroad; - expansion of strategic partnerships with foreign partners; - improvement of the coordinator's positions at national and international level to attract more learners; - improvement of learners’ language skills and teachers through practice in an international environment.; - building capacity for participation and work on international projects.
