OUTDOOR was an international exchange for young people with partners from 5 countries of the programme: United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey, Lithuania and Denmark Project started 1st of July and finished 13th of July 2022. The location of the activities was Aabenraa, Denmark. The group of participants consisted of 48 young people, aged 18-30 years, and 12 group leaders, without age limit, for a total of 60 persons. Each national group had 8 young people and 2 leaders. OUTDOOR increased the awareness of the importance of including sports and other outdoor recreational activities in the lives of young people in the communities of partners involved, emphasizing their positive impact on a healthy lifestyle. A variety of non-formal learning methods in a multicultural context, as well as many practical activities, were used to reach this aim. The objectives of the planned activities to be carried out in Aabenraa was closely related to the general objectives of the project, given that we have only one mobility within OUTDOOR; -Facilated the exchange of experience, information and ideas among the 48 young people, guided by the 12 leaders, related to the theme of the project (regular practice of sports and recreational activities) during the 13 days -Involved a group of 60 people to practice more sports (volleyball, football, stretch ball, badminton, free tennis) and concreted recreational activities (hiking on mountain trail, tyrolean/zip-line, adventure park) -Creation of 6 motivational videos through which participants disclosed the benefits of an active lifestyle to their communities -Achieving the objectives of the activities to be carried out in Aabenraa was an extremely important step in achieving the overall objectives of the project.
