The EC has adopted new initiatives to improve key competences of European citizens, in order to reduce socio-economic inequalities (17th January 2018, Press Release). It adverts that in many countries there is a mismatch between the skills of the job seeker and the needs of the labour market. Our project has been designed to contribute to youth employability, competitiveness and inclusion in Europe by implementing some tools. Therefore, this is an Erasmus+ Mobility of youth exchange project based on the development of the knowledge and skills of gender balanced young people on entrepreneurship and labor market. The project is focused on especially the objectives of the Erasmus+ Program to combat rising unemployment among young people in order to communicate in foreign languages and express themselves, to be creative and entrepreneurial, to take initiative, to collaborate in teams, to develop social relation skills, to join the democratic life and job market, to support the active citizenship, intercultural dialogue and solidarity, and to develop the participants’ general and specific competences in order to widen their working perspectives from local to European sphere. As it is stated in the specific key action 2018, emphasis of the project is also put on reaching out to the marginalised young people, promoting diversity, common values of freedom, tolerance and respect of human rights, enhancing media literacy, critical thinking and sense of initiative of young people, equipping youth workers with competences and methods needed for transferring the common fundamental values of the societies and preventing violent radicalisation of young people. The project offers career guidance to young people providing with the essential information needed in business life, guides them to find good jobs and draws attention to the problem of early school leavings together with youth entrepreneurship in public.
