Objectives

The participants were able to express their expectations from the other participants and related to the project through the evening sessions. Facilitators will bring energisers, and for each break, each participant will be asked to share an energiser with the group. The energisers aim to make the participant move out of their comfort zone, to break the ice and to feel the connection in the new group. The participants will share with each other presentations related to their culture and history, to make sure that they are informed to start planning and collaborating for the exhibition. Through their group work, they will be asked to raise awareness for the values of tolerance and diversity. Through the future and past activity, the participants will expand their critical thinking skills, research and writing skills, analysing modernity and the challenges of culture and history in a rapidly changing world. Through collaboration, the participants will find methods to mix history with modernity, to achieve a unique exhibition. Through the evening reflections, participants will be able to work on their Youthpass related to the skills they expect to gain, also, through the multi-cultural event they will represent their culture from their origin countries. By using creative ways, the participants will have the ability to discuss with local artists and to work on the subject of their exhibition. They will work in groups divided based on their skills and talent, to set a real exhibition. The participants will be introduced to diversity issues, to understand the importance of freedom of expression. With the successful implementation of this project, the participants will be able to identify the advantages of diversity.
