All the young participants, except the fact that they’re coming from different countries, will have one thing in common for sure: in a not so far away future they will begin looking for jobs, they will have to choose a career that suits them. So all of them are currently confronting the difficulties caused by the preuniversitary and universitary system, that don't really keep in touch with the market’s needs, but also those caused by the labour market itself, which always seems to make it hard for young people to get in. Despite the various school systems in each country, none of them managed to find a solution to this particular problem-job finding. Therefore, the participants will learn how to deal with evaluators, potential employers, selection committees for scholarships, to find the correlation between what they study and whether this will help them find a job or not. The main objectives of this project are: -to gain basic knowledge for a future career and for joining the labour market -to improve and developing some of the main skills that every young person should have (entrepreneurial skills, digital competence, speaking multiple languages) -to increase the level of knowledge regarding what it means to be an European citizen -to learn their rights and freedoms on the UE marketplace and the internship opportunities in UE -to discover the main requirements of the labour market -to discover how the market is evolving -to discover which are the employers’ requirements -to develop inclusive-like behaviors.
