The Youth Exchange is named as a "Non-formal Plants" and as the title says a lot we young people from different countries together with our partner organsiations want to share some knowledge and via using interesting tools reach the following aims: 1. To visualize the E+ program, in hopes to reach out to the target groups suitable for YE with this program. At the same time to show the local community, the abilities to how Youth Exchange activities can affect and mobilize youth for sharing great things. 2. Encourage citizenship, by demonstrating to youngster that ability they hold can make a difference in impact on society and encouraging them to participate actively in community actions. 3. To learn about the importance of grass-root projects, as well as how to apply them in small and big measures. 4. To construct a garden, shared by the participants with the local community. The idea of the project is created to link the aims to each other, not only to find ways to go forward, but also to improve and empower one another. Knowledge of E + will encourage more active participation, which on the other hand will give way for more projects to be done, eventually creating a direct relation between local communities and participant, and an indirect relation between locals and Erasmus +. The project will take place in rural area of Kakheti region, Pona eco village in collaboration with the locals for creating a community garden for the public, affordable to use by everybody. It will be started as a grass-root project, by participants from 8 different European countries; UK, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia(Hosting), Armenia, Ukraine & Russia a giving it a special touch of cultures, sustainable nature and visible abilities of the creativity and work. As it is a grass-root project, it will be started from scratch. Since the participants most likely will not have the opportunity to directly see the results of their labor, we want to create a strong bond between the locals and the garden. Creating this bond can reassure us that the garden will be taken care of even after the participants leave, and that their work will forever be a reminder of the possibilities human posses if we only work together. As we will use outdoor actions for an educational purpose, it is essential to make good use of the mentioned above components. We will do it in a structured, reflective & a planned way. The context of non-formal education & its methodology provide this insight in planning/learning process while using outdoor and gardening. The main aims we/participants & leaders want to develop during this YE: *Raised awareness about youth participation & active citizenship(knowledge & attitudes) *Understand how our society is build & how does it undermine social inclusion(knowledge) *Capacity to understand & reflect on own behavior and behavior of others(skills) *Raised knowledge of education through outdoor & the connection between intercultural dialogue & bit of agriculture(knowledge & skill) *Raised sense of empathy(attitude) We do expect that partners will establish new partnerships and will develop concrete projects within E + programme, using conscious lifestyle as a core. Each partner commits to continue the local activities with learning outcomes from the project. We consider local transfer workshops as additional measures of dissemination and exploitation of results achieved during this project.
