It is the objective of this project to empower youngsters with fewer opportunities to participate actively in our society by using their competences in a creative way which can help them to overcome fears and obstacles like the fewer opportunities they have in their life. Our daily work with youngsters with fewer educational, financial, emotional and social opportunities shows that they have less chances to participate in social live. As a result they have only few options to get active in their free time and are by that missing many learning experiences. This situation leads many times to a low self esteem which makes it hard to be an active part in our society. This project shall give the participants the chance to became them self aware in a new situation in which they can get active in many ways and explore their competences in the creative process of creating together a (puppet) theatre play and all the surrounding things that are therefor needed. The project follows the objectives of the Erasmus+ program by supporting the inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities, activating their creativity and rising their cultural skills and also fostering their awareness of the European citizenship. The close cooperation with the "ZIB-Hagenmühle", a youth training center and member of the NEBA group of the ministry of social affairs was the chance to bring the Erasmus+ program close to all participants, trainer, partner, supporters etc. of this organisation and showed the chances for our youngsters through this and other European education programs. This should also activate all responsible persons to get more active in this field to offer the benefit of this programs to our young people.
