The main theme of the project - the prevention of aggression and violence, is dictated by the increasing incidence of violence and aggression among young people, which cause a great deal of dissatisfaction and desire among young people not to be impartial. With the project "Strong Without Violence", we want to engage the local the public and institutions with the problem of violence and aggression among us, focusing on violence and aggression in schools. The planned joint activities with school pupils in the region will help establish zero tolerance for various forms of antisocial behavior, particularly bullying at school, and build a school policy that favors and encourages such changes. Based on our experience and work, we know that the collision with aggression in different types and variants is a serious obstacle to the lives of many young people, problematic about their daily lives, their self-expression and active social inclusion. The project opens up the prospect of creating an effective youth policy against violence and harassment. It must guarantee every young person respect for his rights and protection against physical, social, psychological and moral abuse. The project "Strong without Violence" has the following main objectives: 1. Prevention of violence among adolescents by informing and promoting their active participation in socially engaged activities. 2. Creating a platform for meetings, discussions and cooperation of European youth interested in the issues of violence and aggression among young people. 3. Encouraging European self-awareness, active citizenship and socially responsible behavior in the younger generation. To achieve the objectives of the project, we have planned sessions and activities that will enhance the participants' knowledge and at the same time will contribute to the affirmation of their civic attitude towards intolerance to any form of aggression over the personality. With the help of nontraditional and innovative approaches, young people will show their irreconcilability to violence in all its forms and manifestations. We have set up activities to achieve the greatest possible impact on project participants - role-plays, thematic discussions and debates, elaboration and dissemination of advertising and information materials for prevention, school competition for school bullying posters, sporting events under "No to aggression", conducting press conferences with the media and publications in printed and electronic publications. The methods to be used are innovative and aim to achieve active and voluntary participation of young people: learning modules, discussions, active learning, including learning, role-playing, affective and verbal learning, debating, presentation. The creativity of young people and the power of the messages they will make to their peers and to society will be used. Innovative approaches in the project are related to the conduct of situational games to help shape communicative and social skills. Through them, every young person will be able to express his or her view of violence, will be able to show actions that, with their negativity, provoke awareness of the need for tolerance and ethics of behavior. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences of aggression and violence, but not to seek regret but to provoke awareness of antisocial behavior. The project is conceived as a tool to show young people how to fight aggression in life by creating conditions for interaction and cooperation and discussing group solutions to problems. Working together in an informal atmosphere will have a positive effect on youth attitudes and will contribute to overcoming stereotypes and prejudices in society.
