Objectives

The main goal of the project is to raise awareness among people about the problem of violence and bullying in school and online and its consequences for young people and society as well as to motivate them to counter the problem by using the power of sport as a tool. Specific objectives: - Raising the attention and responsibility of young people to the problem and getting to know the consequences that aggression and bullying can cause in school and online - awareness of the strength of sport as a tool of promoting solidarity, non-violence and tolerance among young people, as well as a way to acquire number of social skills - developing knowledge and skills among young people in the field of combating aggression and hate at school and the Internet - Understanding basic human rights and children's rights - Introducing young people to the European Movement "Hateless Language hate speech movement" as a way to engage them against Aggression in Cyberbullying; -Encouraging solidarity, tolerance, non-violence and understanding among young people We strive to achieve an effect directly on young people through roviding them with new knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as international contacts and opportunities to promote leadership skills. However, we also strive to raise an important topic for discussion and engage the public and more youth organizations at European level. Participants will acquire different skills and knowledge related to the topic but also other civic and social skills / work with people from different ethnic, cultural, religious backgrounds /; civic skills, initiative, promoting engagement and belonging to civil society. We want the participants to become more open, tolerant, accept the differences, recognize their belonging to Europe and the importance of diversity, learn a lot about the protection of human rights and the peaceful ways to fight violence and cyberbylling. We want the project to increase the confidence in their own abilities and knowledge by delivering visible results. We also strive to promote active citizenship, solidarity and tolerance as well as intolerance to violence and non-respect for human rights. The most important effect, we think, is self-awareness, rethinking our own role as part of civil society - participants will think about their actions as well as realize that passivity is actually a part of the problem that every small step and action against aggression and violence can lead to a solution. it will be important for them to realize that everyone has the power to make a change. By realizing this, they will feel empowered, will believe in their potential to be part of a positive change, and thus convey this message to their peers. Participants will become more familiar with Erasmus + and will be encouraged to organize their own exchanges to engage more young people and stimulate their personal development. In the long run, we believe the project will have a positive impact on young people's self-confidence, leadership, organizational skills, active citizenship and activity.
