Over the last decade, the modern life style became very exhaustive. We are doing our best to meet the commitments of everyday life, get more money but we forget the most important thing which is health. Unfortunately, few people invest time in their nutrition, considering it a matter of minor importance. Even fewer have put daily exercise in their lives, since there is always the excuse that there is no free time. However, at some point, they may face health problems and then do they realize how little attention have they paid to their health and well being. The situation is even worse for young people as they feel that poor nutrition and the lack of exercise is not having an harmful effect on them, but in the same time they are following extreme methods to get the perfect body. Young people are starving to death in order to lose weight. Young people start smoking in order to reduce their appetite. Student take pills to be more attractive. How society reacts to all these? The only things that happens is that youth experience an increased stress which convinces them to change, so they can fit in the beauty standards. Young people affected by beauty standards follow an unhealthy lifestyle and even if they want to change their habits they do not have the necessary support. In this project, we help these young people to realize the importance of proper nutrition for physical and mental well-being and to adopt a healthy lifestyle based on their personal choice. We know that the process of changing habits of years is difficult and time-consuming. What we are trying to achieve with this project is to assist participants acquire the mental resources to improve their lives. FEEL is an international youth exchange involving 60 young people from 11 European countries (Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia, Albania, Morocco and Armenia) in order to deal the problem of poor eating habits and the diseases associated with them and to develop healthy eating habits. The exchange will take place in the city of Paphos a city that there is a lack in youth participation. Moreover we decided to give opportunities to 30 people with fewer opportunities with economic and social obstacles and learning difficulties. Since we believe it is never too late to change, we have decided to give them an opportunity, and we expect the positive effects to be more intense to them. The objectives of the project are the following: 1. Promotion of healthy eating habits for the improvement of the health and the well being. 2. Enhancement of physical activity in every day life 3. Promotion of Erasmus + in order more people to have the opportunity to benefit from this program. Consequently, we also aim at understanding the importance of youthpass for the certification of the learning outcomes and the enhancement of youth work. 4. Strengthening of active youth participation, socialization and volunteering. 5. Promotion of the values of the European Union regarding democracy, peace, freedom of speech etc. and enhancement of the common European culture which will not include prejudices, racism, xenophobia etc The program thus promotes diversity, intercultural and inter religious dialogue, the common values of freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights. Through these goals, our ultimate goal is that young people initially accept and love their bodies and then eliminate their "bad" lifestyle. Our additional goal is to inform the general public and also to draw attention to the youngsters about the effect of healthy eating and exercise on their physical and psychological health. It is essential that young people become aware of the effects of sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy eating habits early, so that they will not face health problems such as obesity, diabetes etc Because of the complexity of the issue, we decided to organize a 9 day activity where we discuss the patterns of beauty, healthy lifestyle, exercise, abuses, sedentary life, etc.
