The project Leaders of Tomorrow was created in 2019 as an reaction on missing this kind of education as a over curricular activity and a fact that people are generally not being prepared for leading roles, thus we have managers who lack empathy, leadership, logic, communication, ability to adapt, and much more. This then creates jobs that are based on numbers and structure rather than ability to cooperate with people and get the involved. By implementing this project we have achieved gathering people from different countries and teaching them tools that are needed in good leader. We have achieved to transfer knowledge based on several well known people that are famous for being the best in their field, namely it was these three people that inspired this project to begin with, Sir Ken Robinson, Simon Sinek, Dan Millman. Participants were given chance to learn the most useful skills, abilities, and aptitudes that came from teaching of these people and we were able to create exercises that enhanced this learning process. Main objective for this project was to gather people form different countries and teach them how to become great leaders based on ideas mainly of Simon Sinek, as was originally stated in the application. Further more because from approval date to the realisation main trainer gather also inspiration from two other authors that were mention, so some of the exercise were slightly changed or replaced for better exercise. As a side objectives that are somehow by product of this project are values that were given to participants, for example, free hate speech, empathy, inclusion, team work, flexibility and more that should be very useful to them in normal life as well as their professional life.
