By implementing the project, we would like to raise competences of junior youthworkers, who are the most important part between youth and knowledge. By doing this, we can raise the impact of their work and raise a more educated generation, with strong values like tolerance and respect, with high level of motivation to participate in civic life. Based on shared issues, needs and philosophy of partners involved in this project, we formulated the main goal of the TC: To enhance youthworkers’ competences to improve quality and inclusiveness of their work with young people Therefore, the objectives of the TC are: - Deepen participants’ knowledge and understanding of non-formal education - To improve participants’ understanding of social inclusion and inclusive approach in youth work - Enhancing skills of designing and facilitating activities fit for specific groups, while developing public speaking skills - Developing communication and teamworking/teamleading skills - Creating a safe space for exchanging experience, struggles and best practices
