The project "New paths" aimed for the opening of the nordic countries and the Netherlands. The Brexit resulted in the loss of the United Kingdom as a host country and left a lack of English speaking host countries in Europe. This is why we were looking for other options in other countries and tried to find new parters there. Furthermore, we planned to develop the employee skill set, international and national networks, competitiveness and project optimisation. We wanted to find new impluses for our work and strenghten our position as an educational institution by developing our network and processes.
Vividus successfully conducted several projects over the past years, gained valuable experience and supported young people in their endeavor to gain experience abroad. We wanted to repeat this positive experience and give more young people the opportunity to complete a professional internship abroad. We are conviced that stays abroad and the exchange with other countries lead to important insights and findings which we can use for Vividus, too.
