The goals of the project are directed at the development in 3 dimensions of action competence "Around GALA Construction" and fulfills the methodical-didactic approach of "Learning by doing" by the expansion of a) Professional competence (using professional knowledge and skills to solve tasks and problems in a goal-oriented, appropriate, method-guided and independent manner and to evaluate the result; b) human competence (developing one's own talents, as well as independence, critical faculties, self-confidence, reliability, a sense of responsibility and duty, and the development of thoughtful values and self-determined commitment to values. c) Social competence ([new] living and shaping social relationships, grasping and understanding attitudes and tensions, and dealing and communicating with others in a rational and responsible manner. This includes in particular the development of social responsibility and solidarity.
The project "Tagewerk/Notos 20/21" aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of a total of 20 (ACT = 18) trainees in gardening - specializing in horticulture, landscaping and ornamental horticulture, carpentry and office management (qualification level ISCED 3B) in the 3rd year of training or in the first year after the end of the vocational training and 16 (IST = 13) trainers and vocational training officers from the area of the regional association GALA-Bau Rhineland-Palatinate/Saaland and the regional association GALA-Bau North Rhine-Westphalia in the area of "natural stone and plant use" around GALA-Bau culturally sensitive to expand. The internship abroad ensures that the acquired professional and personal skills, learning gains and qualifications are also recognized across borders! In addition, the acquired knowledge and skills of the learning stay are certified in the Europass Mobility. This also includes social competencies such as constructive communication in different environments, the willingness to integrate, respect for people of different cultures and generations, and cooperation with people with different cultural and religious roots.
