For educators we wanted to achieve: 1. Collecting experience of innovative training approaches; 2. Formation of trainer networks for mutual exchange of experiences, discussions and training projects; 3. Getting to know different training centers and their concepts; 4. Gaining insights into a wide range of best practice concepts, receiving examples of vocational training and vocational orientation in other countries; 5. To further develop our methodological competence based on experience and to expand methodological and didactic knowledge through mutual exchange; 6. Through active participation, in the form of internships, the participants were involved in the training process in the partner countries; 7. This led to an increase in the competence of the participants, to a qualitative improvement in the training, to more training language skills and methodical knowledge; 8. The mobility strengthened the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the technical and linguistic competences of the participants and enabled them to support even better activities promoting the mobility of trainees; 9. This leads to the realization of the concept of lifelong learning. The goals were also: 1. Expansion of basic education, qualification and cross-sectional skills, Europe-wide transparency and comparability of qualifications using and incorporating ECVET principles and instruments; 2. national and international securing of learning stays; 3. Create transnational connectivity in learning modules and training; 4. Inclusion and qualification of teaching staff and trainers; 5. Development of a company network for the realization of modular qualification abroad; For trainees and young people in professional orientation, we wanted to achieve: 1. to impart skills, experience and knowledge from transnational internships and stays abroad to the participants, which was supplementary in connection with and in their training and professional orientation; 2. The participants should receive additional industry-specific qualifications or modules/learning units based on their training and in coordination with the employer. The modules were limited in time and included parts of the training framework curriculum and were part of the learning agreement according to ECVET; 3. The participants should already deal with and deal with the work of neighboring European countries and their vocational training and qualification offers before they start working; 4. By applying the ECVET principles, to achieve recognition of the learning outcomes and competences acquired and to ensure the quality of the learning periods abroad. 5. Strengthening of professional competence through experience abroad, consolidation and strengthening of their education and future job; 6. See opportunities to use Europe as a workplace; 7. The employability of the participants should be improved with the offer.
