The main goal was to make our educational institution even more international, to offer our students a broader, more diverse program. We wanted to offer our students, as well as our teaching staff, the opportunity to get their own impression of the working world and the culture in other European countries. In this way, we wanted to offer our trainees and our teaching staff the opportunity to further develop their intercultural skills.
Among other things, this project served to further expand job-related mobilities for students at our school. In addition, we also wanted to establish further school partnerships abroad, in Spain and Ireland, within the framework of this project. We also wanted to activate the exchange of the teaching staff of the partner schools and our own, in order to get to know each other. In this way, the language skills of those participating in the project were also to be refreshed and further developed. Getting to know other and possibly more effective learning and teaching methods were also reasons for carrying out this project.
