Our project objective is to create functional and educational connection between individuals, other people and its surrounding environment. It was stimulating individual participation next to increase of self-esteem and self-awareness in a small time while, through methodology, giving importance of a group as a resource to develop communicative and relational skills in order to activate cooperative and problem solving attitudes. The outdoor approach is an active methodology which was used in the project. With it our network, thought it members organizations and after it through this project participants had from one side, deepen the discovering, testing, applying outdoor activities to promote inclusion and involvement of young people and, from the other side, provided further competences and knowledge to the involved participants and through it again to the associations, network members of this project. With our previous projects and this one’s need analysis we were aiming that this project facilitate inclusion of young people (economic, social, cultural, etc. difficulties) and their active participation through the use of different type of outdoor activities. This is especially visible since we were aiming project venues in diametrically different realities that had helped the mentioned inclusion and our local partners to shape project activities based on youth needs in their local realities. On other side awareness raising with ORA Network methodology (observe, rethink, act) had as well increased youth discussion, group dynamic, thinking outside of box and problem solving approach of participants. The targeted objectives of this project where: To organize a multi-activity project, including an Advance Planning Visit and three Youth Exchanges, to build capacity for young people and for partner organizations, to use outdoor activities as tools to enhance possibilities of involvement, inclusion and active engagement among young people from disadvantaged conditions; To involve young people from disadvantaged conditions in order to encourage and strengthen their inclusion, involvement and sense of active citizens; To share and know good examples and best practices realised at European level on the use of outdoor activities as tool for the inclusion, involvement and engagement of young people and for the growth of local communities; To share results and outcomes of the project with the local communities in order to aware/sensitise civil society, citizens, institutions and to contribute in developing higher quality initiatives that will at the same time activate and integrate in the community young people with fewer opportunities; To plan follow up measures to be realised both at local level, applying the competences acquired during the project and at international level through the Erasmus+ Programme in order to generate further possibilities of inclusion and involvement of young people.
