With this training course we want to focus on two of the competences from the trainers/youth workers Competence Models: ‘Cooperating successfully in teams’ and ‘Communicating meaningfully’; we want to explore with participants the elements that contribute to a successful and meaningful communication within teams and with young people, at local and European projects and initiatives. The objectives of the training course are: • to explore the two competences and their connection • to exchange practices on ‘meaningful communication’ and ‘teamwork’ • to raise awareness about the importance of a trustful learning environment and working culture • to explore how to create a meaningful environment of learning and team cooperation • to explore methods and approaches that can help to support meaningful communication and teamwork • to explore one’s own competences and challenges in meaningful communication and teamwork
