The international Youth Exchange “Blending in and fading out” will bring young people from five different european countries together and the opportunity to get in touch and meet at eye level. The participants will be involved in all steps of organisation before, during and after the exchange so they have a very active part at this project. This supports their organisational, communicative, linguistic and intercultural competences. Through a peer learning process they have the opportunity to design the exchange with their own ideas and wishes. The participants will discuss their identity, commonalities, experiences and ideas for the future and different media. By this they can see who they are and what they wish for themselves and the group they are part of and what young people with different cultural backgrounds connects. Another aspect ist how the point if view of that changes affected by the different media. They will talk about their experiences in a creative way and regard them within social structures. The participants will take up their experiences during the youth exchange and present the results of the workshops at the end of their time together.
