Inclusive Leadership Programme is a project realizing the mission of creating inclusive and more solidare societies of today and the future. In order to achieve this, we decided to organise inclusive leadership programme for youth leaders (incl. youth workers) that will focus on developing competences of working with various young people of all kind of vulnerabilities, identities and difficulties, as well as methods of inclusive empowerment of vulnerable groups to be integral part of the society. Therefore the aim of the Inclusive Leadership Programme is to prepare youth leaders from several EU countries - a multipliers of attitudes and values of inclusion and solidarity - to play their role consciously and effectively. The objectives of the programme are: - to understand better role and purpose of inclusion and solidarity in the society/ies of Europe, - to develop practical skills of dealing with diversity and including young people with any kind of difficulty/minority/vulnerability into life of the European society/ies, - to develop and extend the methodology of adventure based learning with the important component of inclusiveness and diversity aspect.
