The project covers the Erasmus+ priorities, in particular the improvement of key competences for young people with fewer opportunities as well as briding the gap between youth work and the labour market. The aim of the project is that the 24 young participants get to know different vocations and jobs. At the same time, through informal learning, they will improve their social skills which are often underdeveloped in this target group. Especially team work and conflict solving are important qualities in this regard.
