The young people from the Osterholz-Scharmbeck, St. Just Desvern, Poznan, Monastir and Vinnytsia think our societies are becoming more divided on many issues and discrimination and hatred is increasing, and that the solution is tolerance and intercultural learning. They want to have a project where they will learn about the different cultures, to meet friends from places where they have never been before and dont know anything about them, to learn about the values that they have and to be able to promote those values in their own societies. The young people want to send a message to the older people in the society that they should work more on tolerance and understanding, to give more efforts to include people who come from different backgrounds. Another objective of the project is to strengthen the cooperation between the partners and to offer opportunities for the young people in the local small communities. We also expect that there will be many youth exchanges between these partner organizations in the future, that will be initiated by the young people in the local communities.
