Objectives of our project were improving essential entrepreneurship competencies for 40 young participants from Estonia, Romania, Portugal and Lithuania, alongside increasing their ability to communicate in English and adapt to different intercultural environments until the end of the project. We aimed to develop entrepreneurship competencies that are not fully discovered or explained in the public school system and offer the 40 young people from the four countries a possibility to learn about this particular topic using non-formal learning methods. We intended to assist the young people to develop their entrepreneurship skills, develop their foreign language abilities as well as enlarge their intercultural horizons. We wanted to help them develop their learning to learn competence, develop hands-on interaction with young people from different socio-cultural contexts and learn about possibilities of mobility in Europe, all this in an intercultural non-formal context.
