Objectives

The “Voice of Indivisibles 2” aims to promote inclusive policies and best practices of Estonia and build collaborations between organizations and youth workers with and without fewer opportunities how inclusion could be possible through mobility, outdoor activities, and collaboration. The project has established a consortium between 11 organizations’ from Estonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Kosovo, Serbia, and Macedonia Project objectives: - To provide to youth workers and organizations examples and concrete policies and good examples inclusion by different stakeholders by organizing a study visit in Estonia - To broaden the partnership between organizations in program and partner countries and develop common projects which enable active involvement and independent life of young people with fewer opportunities, especially by using outdoor, creativity, mobility and volunteering as tools for inclusion - To promote Erasmus plus program and European values and policies as concrete opportunities for inclusion at local and European level - To reduce the social exclusion of young people with special needs and fewer opportunities by empowering organizations and youth workers themselves, as moving the force to break myths and work harder among stakeholders and society. This is a follow-up idea which came during the training course by participants and organizations (The Voice of Invisibles), as the need to make a flow and sustainability actions: It started with the training in Albania where we developed skills of youth workers and developed additive tools to be used with categories with special needs and plans a stud visit in Hiiumaa. The study visit in Estonia will be organized from 23 to 28 September for 22 representatives of the organizations/youth workers, professionals and young people which have 2 main focuses a) visit stakeholders in Estonia to learn from the best practices and policies; b) test and use the tools developed in TC in Albania. The project activities are based on non-formal education tools such as workshops, role plays, reflections, teambuilding, discussions, human library, sorry telling, recycling, creativity, outdoor, strategic planning, etc. The main expected results are to equip organizations and youth workers with competencies and practices which enable youth participation and development as a way to combat social exclusion. All these came because of the need of organizations and youth workers for networking, developing together as primarily condition to provide higher quality work for the inclusion of young people with special needs and fewer opportunities; as well this came as a result of the successful past collaboration and the proven effect it brought to the consortium and target groups all organizations support.
