By implementing the project we want to foster the inclusion and acceptance of the young people that face the risk of marginalisation & exclusion, such as migrants/refugees/IDPs and other representatives of the cultural minorities. The project is a continuation of 2 previous YEs we’ve carried out (2017-2-EE01-KA105-034961, 018-3-EE01-KA105-051137). With the help of the project we'd like to deeper explore the topics of inclusion, issues migrants face, social activism and different topics that can serve as a method of inclusion and make changes through positive and untrivial content (for the social activities we're planning to use fairytales as a cultural phenomenon and topic for the event). Objectives: to raise the level of inclusion of yp from vulnerable groups mentioned above in local communities to provide yp with the basic knowledge & practical skills on how to organise social actions (with the emphasis on media) that they'll be able to apply in their everyday life & on a labour market to show how seemingly abstract topics can serve as a method of inclusion & consolidation of people from different cultural backgrounds & to show that social actions can be of a positive character while addressing the serious issues through “fun” to raise participants' entrepreneurial spirit by supporting them in organising a social action, where they’ll be able to apply the freshly gained knowledge & analyse it afterwards for the better understanding to create a step-by-step guide on how to organise successful social actions that would have a significant social impact to raise their level of self-esteem & self-worth through the acquisition & improvement of a number of soft skills (presentation, delivery, active listening & speaking, cooperation, foreign language) to promote NFE methods & experiential learning to promote E+ possibilities among disadvantaged groups that face a high risk of marginalisation & raise their level of inclusion into the EU educational programme & their local communities promoting EU values, principles of democracy, solidarity, equity, acceptance. to create an intercultural dialogue & opportunities for cooperation for yp, youth workers, & partners This project will help partners to strengthen cooperation, gain more experience of carrying out educational projects on an international level, enlarge grant winning & project realisation history that will have a positive impact on the image of the orgs and increase the chance of getting funding, resources, and partnerships in the future. Moreover, orgs will acquire more experienced staff in the face of volunteers & youth workers in the field of project & event management, planning and delivery, who know how to make their projects visible and through that engage youth in social activities. Pax are expected to acquire knowledge and skills they will be able to apply in their everyday life and on the labour market and share within their social networks + in the local communities acting as a multiplayers. By promoting the brochure/blog & conducting follow-up events we expect to contribute to the elimination of negative stereotypes about migrants in local communities.
