Objectives

The aim of the project is to inspire Youth Educators (teachers, youth workers, trainers. youth leaders etc) to unlock their potential in order to encourage creation of international projects by and for people with and without disabilities, including youth exchanges under the Erasmus+ program with knowledge of the importance of methodologies and the importance of the process, and an understanding of the mechanics of their creation. The main goals of the project are - to give participants experiences of working together in an inclusive group; - to give tools for creatinon split-level projects for youths; - to share country experiences; The objectives of the course are to familiarize participants with - methods of non-formal education; - experience of work in a split-level group - process of generating and designing an idea of the project; - tools and mechanisms of creating youth exchange; Also it is aimed to create an inclusive space in which everyone could communicate and interact in a positive and productive way, to increase the knowledge of participants and encourage the development of the international youth project management skills for work with split-level groups, that will be implemented by participants after the training course. The main thing we want to convey to the participants is the possibility of creating such projects, the specifics of these projects, what they can give to each participant, what are the advantages of working with inclusive groups, what can each participant understand for themselves in the future and how it can change their lives. People accept the experience best when they live through it and we want to give this opportunity to the participants - to live through something very important and new and to pass it on.
