''HQ Leader'' is based on effort of inspired youngsters that felt change in their life after one project, so they wanted to help other young people and take part in this inspiring discovery of own leadership capacity for the others. With the use of non-formal education and cooperation of 7 partners this youth exchange aims to help young people to develop their potential, become aware of their leadership capacity and empower to get out of comfort zone to gain valuable life experiences. The objectives of this project are: → To assist participants in the personal self-development of their leadership competencies → To support young people and help them to develop their self-confidence and raise self-esteem → To explore participants experience of leadership through using a range of creative methods → To enable participants to understand and trust their own ability to make a difference in this world → To provide participants with good communication and group dynamics skills → To explore the participants’ organisational skills and become more involved in activities in their communities → To discover the value of Erasmus+ programme as a tool for the development → To become an exchange platform, where participants will develop new project ideas on the topics they are concerned of → To narrow the gap between the competences acquired by young people and the needs of the labour market
