Due to the fact that, based on our observations and observations of partners, often young people are sent to youth exchanges with young people who have no competences in the field of work with young people. Through this project, we plan to train future leaders in the competencies necessary for a youth leader in order to improve the quality of youth exchanges. Due to this, 25 participants will acquire the competence of a youth leader. Due to the diversified and rich program, the use of informal methods, inviting qualified coaches to the program, we want to achieve the following goals: - to form the participants an idea of the significance of the youth leader in youth exchange. - to train participants in various tools and methods of communication and work with young people. - to give participants the opportunity to independently organize practical activities for young people with elements of training at the local level based on the knowledge and methods gained during the youth exchange. - enable participants to create, if possible, an information database of youth leaders at the local level.
