This 7-day Training Course aims to enrich the non-formal education methods and empower youth workers with creative tools meant to develop the competencies and to inspire the youth workers to work in a more meaningful and impactful way with young people who are not in education, employment or training, and therefore to foster social change. The project has a very experiential character. It will produce a toolkit of creative methods that will be published and shared on open source platforms and will focus on the immediate applicability and replicability of all the learning outcomes. At the base of the training course are three main creative participatory workshops: Photo-Voice, Stop Motion Animation and Board Games, and 3 complimentary ones: Storytelling, Crowdfunding and Marketing Yourself.
