The recent years we view a rapid technological evolution that affects us all. The life is considered to be easier, but the priorities changed. What is important nowadays is the appearance, especially because of the social media. Young people do the best they can to change their body in order to become social acceptable. They even make plastic surgeries, the consume pill for losing weight and they start smoking. Of course all these habits have negative results in the psychological and physical health of youth that will follow them in the rest of their lives. Because these practices become constant in the youth, we feel obliged to take action in order to remind young people of the importance of good nutrition and daily exercise in the quality of life of the person. It may sound trivial, but how many of us did we actually adopt these? The percentages of people who are actually take care of their diet and have a form of exercise (without of course resorting to extreme conditions) are low according to the World Health Organization, which is also evident from the outbreak of diet-related illnesses and sedentary life. FEEL is an international youth exchange involving 60 young people from 9 European countries (Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia, Morocco and Armenia) in order to deal the problem of poor eating habits and the diseases associated with them and to develop healthy eating habits. The exchange will take place in the city of Spileo Grevena a city that there is a lack in youth participation. Through our actions, we seek to reinforce the information about the possibilities of volunteerism and mobility in the region, since Grevena is a rural area in the mountains with few opportunities for the youth, Moreover we decided to give opportunities to 30 people with fewer opportunities with economic and social obstacles and learning difficulties. Since we believe it is never too late to change, we have decided to give them an opportunity, and we expect the positive effects to be more intense to them. Through the program we aim to promote healthy eating habits, fight sedentary lifestyles and increase exercise for the improvement of the health and well-being of young people. At the same time, due to the fact that few actions are taking place in the Region, we seek to promote the Erasmus program and to inform young people about the importance of youthpass as a mean of certifying learning outcomes and strengthening youth work. Finally, as we are living in a general crisis, we have noticed that phenomena of intolerance, racism and nationalism have increased. Through this program, therefore, we want to promote the values of the European Union, in particular diversity, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue, the common values of freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights Through these goals, our ultimate goal is that young people initially accept and love their bodies and then eliminate their "bad" lifestyle. Our additional goal is to inform the general public and also to draw attention to the youngsters about the effect of healthy eating and exercise on their physical and psychological health. It is essential that young people become aware of the effects of sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy eating habits early, so that they will not face health problems such as obesity, diabetes etc Because of the complexity of the issue, we decided to organize a 9 day activity where we discuss the patterns of beauty, healthy lifestyle, exercise, abuses, sedentary life, etc.
