Entrepreneurship encompasses an entire philosophy oriented towards the creation of wealth, through the use of opportunities and the development of a global vision, resulting in the creation of value that benefits entrepreneurs and society. Becoming a way of life, finding a passion, that allows you to live from it and being a choice. Like the "social entrepreneurs", creating self-sufficient projects that allow a distribution of the wealth created that causes a greater impact on society. But when these new business ideas run into reality, the vast majority does not survive. Mainly due to lack of training of the entrepreneur or lack of knowledge of the sector in which the project is implemented. In the current context, many unemployed young people start out of necessity, without taking into account the key factors when starting a business. Being an habitual enemy of the entrepreneur, the excess of enthusiasm. What are the keys then for the development of the project? On the one hand, the capacity of the project in the creation of value, in addition to the identification of those who acquire what we do their maximum value, our target audience. And finally the ability to bring what we offer to those interested or needy. The sixth Sense, as its name indicates, proposes a strengthening of the necessary transversal competences in the current context of high youth unemployment, economic crisis and rapid changes related to the complexity of economies and societies. Marking the importance of an education and culture for entrepreneurship. Promoting an exchange between the agents participating in the project (partner entities, participants, countries and communities of origin, etc.) in favor of innovation, collective work, the fight against youth unemployment, fueling creativity and proactive thoughts and innovative, indispensable in crisis situations. In which we understand that it will provide better conditions for young people, increasing their ability to find and create more opportunities that allow them to enter the labor market. To meet these needs we propose the following objectives: - Strengthen the level of transversal competences and fundamental skills to undertake. - Stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit, which allows them to become aware of the current situation and their own capacity to face it. - Promote an active international attitude in their projects, exchanging the concerns of youth, the role of young people in the workplace and youth organizations as examples of brands and entities that know how to add value to the work they carry out . -Understand and raise the importance of promoting the value of an idea, brand or initiative, through a good positioning and provide key tools such as social and technical skills, in dynamics collected from good self-employment strategies for this . - Cultural exchange, where they can learn about the culture of the different participating countries, a greater knowledge will serve to fight against stereotypes and create cultural bridges between the participants. Our project is within the priority objectives of the European Political Agenda and the Erasmus + program, combating the rising levels of youth unemployment, one of the most urgent issues of European governments, becoming a key factor in the fight against social exclusion, and emphasizing the objectives and priorities of the Erasmus + program, such as the actions to introduce young people who are marginalized to the labor market, promoting youth initiative projects.
