Our organisation PULPO DE 5 PATAS will actively involve young people in all stages of the project in which they can decide on the activities of themselves and play the main role in the Exchange, the development as active citizens of our society. Participants will be able to present themselves, express their opinions, reflections and proposals on the importance of having some of the altruistic activities as part of everyday life. In the program there will be different activities aimed at personal empowerment, games for the creation of group and self-confidence, workshops on work topics, excursions, informal activities and other activities related to the world of work. The group of each country will have the responsibility to manage one day of activity; the last 2 days will be managed by the whole group of young people. Social enterprises such as cooperatives, the associated work enterprise or self-managed enterprise, non-governmental organizations, economic and legislative support to social entrepreneurship will be addressed and presented. As the development of young people's working life has a special significance in this exchange, the process will be divided into two parts. Firstly, discussions, workshops, intellectual games with the help of non-formal education methods that will develop the knowledge of young people and help develop certain skills that may be useful later in their lives, such as teamwork, group bonding, communication, assertiveness and presentation skills. Second, the project will help young people understand the importance of social and political participation, structured dialogue, and helping the needy. Another objective of the training will be the promotion of values such as human rights, tolerance, mutual understanding, respect and solidarity. We will try to use the participants' personal experience, feelings, attentions, skills and knowledge. The young people will be involved in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the project; and the dissemination of the results of the project. They will have the opportunity to act independently, as the project is based on creativity, and the outcome of the project depends on them.
