General objective: This project aims to provide knowledge, strategies and practices to youth workers to create projects, funded by Erasmus +, focused on youth exchanges in which theater and music are the vehicle for sharing values focused on sustainable living, taking into account the human, social, environmental and economic level. In addition other central objectives of this project are: - The participation of young people, both in the design and implementation of the present project, as well as young people connected to the sending associations with special attention to the connection with the territory. - The creation of a space for interaction that generates future networks for the creation of YE projects - To achieve the creation of concrete groups and projects during the training that are presented on the following Erasmus+ deadlines - To strengthen the network of trust and operability with the partners of this project to give continuity in future projects. - To increase the employability possibilities of young Europeans, through non-formal training in project management in youth, interculturality and languages. The specific objectives are: -To teach how to create, implement, put into practice, evaluate, document and disseminate the results of youth exchange projects supported by the Erasmus+ platform. - To understand the use of theatre and music as tools for the whole development of individuals and groups in this type of projects within the framework of non-formal education. -To improve the participants' ability to work in a team. - To promote intercultural working groups. - To favour social inclusion in all its aspects. - To give sustainable tools in a practical way for the daily life of the participants. - To reflect on our personal role as agents of change. -To share different pedagogical methodologies of group facilitation. - To experience theatre and music as a vehicle to share values. - Empower the participants from their personal development and cooperation. -Favour the entrepreneurship of young Europeans. -To promote the creation of a European network of young people interested in developing and incorporating into their lives the principles of sustainability. - Show a living example of sustainable ecovillage. - Promote European youth exchange and employment through the creation of intercultural networks. - To provide economic strategies and alternatives to low-income young people living in remote rural areas. - Disseminate what has been learned to the European youth population. In order to achieve these goals, this project offers a Training Course activity on the creation of YE projects to youth workers and applicants. During the training, there will be more focused sessions on the use of the guide and the different information portals and forms to apply for Erasmus + grants, other sessions focused on the use of theater and music as a vehicle for intercultural communication, sessions focused on networking and creating links between participants to generate joint projects and others in which useful strategies are proposed to generate and disseminate eco-sustainable living values. In a transversal a way, one of the objectives is the creation of networks of young people motivated to work in a collaborative way, with values that protect nature and promote social inclusion. Creativity, social skills, entrepreneurship and individual and collective inner development will be promoted.
