We are going to detail in a schematic way the main objectives of this proposal: GENERAL OBJECTIVES: - To promote and disseminate the notions of citizen participation in European youth; - To promote a proactive citizenship; - To establish the creation of a culture of social economy in the European Union; - To promote the employability and access to the labor market of European youth. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: - To establish contact with the theater and its different tools to encourage the creation of employment; - To develop prototypes of how to implement business initiatives with these techniques as well as models of participatory co-production to promote self-leadership and citizen co-responsibility; - To ponder the fact that creative tasks, leadership, decision making, group cohesion, emotion management, self-knowledge and conflict management and resolution are fed back and give better results if we join them; - To strengthen and develop skills for employment in European youth; - To deepen the importance of generating alliances at European level with other communities with shared values
