"Learning for Service" (L4S), is a youth exchange born from the motivation of our youth, and Flavio (Italy) and Kateryna (Ukraine), two EVS ex-volunteers in La Rotllana, who once returned back to their countries, have thought to be able to take advantage of the link created with the host entity, to create a joint proposal to stimulate volunteering, active participation and learning of the young participants, through the "learning and service" methodology. The chosen themes are related to the work carried out at the local level by all partners and to promote the active participation of young people in the Community. The objectives of the project are: - Give participants skills to transform their ideas into projects. - Offer the opportunity to organize and participate in open activities for the community. - Reflect on cultural diversity and carry out intercultural learning. - Promote respect, tolerance and break stereotypes. - Promote active participation in social life and in the local community, especially volunteering with the elderly. - Guide the participants to discover their personal attitudes and job options. - inform participants about the opportunities offered by the "Erasmus +" program.
