This contact-making seminar aims to bring together European organizations interested in the so-called Smart city and the options of placing youth participation and the management of public policies in it from a participatory and start-up point of view, value of non-formal education actions, as a meeting point between the formality of bureaucracy and participation models and the use of technology to enhance them. Through this meeting point for organizations to exchange information on smart cities and the participation of young people in decision-making and encourage a solid network of good and reliable partners to carry out future projects. For that reason our objectives are: - To put in common with the participating partners different experiences of democratic participation that use existing digital elements in their cities. - Work on the concepts of digital city, youth participation and networks. - Sketch lines of work for future projects.
