"De calle en calle" is an exchange that will allow 35 young people from 8 countries of the European Union to design and develop strategies to manage community development projects and Leisure and Free Time in their own neighborhoods and localities. To promote social transformation and the empowerment of people about their own problems at community level. The main objective of this exchange is for young people to understand that they are capable of changing their realities and that they are created with enough training and skills to carry out their own projects, having created a group spirit with which they feel inspired, motivated and supported, once the exchange itself has ended. The work of the partner organizations after the execution of the activity will be to give support and advice in their countries to help the young people carry out some activity or community initiative upon their return, and whose results will be shared through social networks, press, publications by all associations, to demonstrate and make visible the importance and strength that young people have when they are offered the right tools. With this project we seek to activate and give autonomy to the young people themselves, offering tools and training so that they are themselves fighting for what they consider unfair or that can be improved, promoting the analysis of their own reality and what they they perceive it as necessary in their communities always at the level of sustainable community development.
